Effective Communication in Workplace
Effective communication is also known as open communication, a two way process of sharing information which builds the workplace by aiding employees comprehend commands, fulfillment of tasks and become effective. Developing excellent communication skills is utmost necessity to your career success. Effective communication in workplace aims for many objectives like:
1. Clarity of ideas:
Effective communication makes the idea clear among all the members of a team because if the idea is not clear in the mind of a communicator, he can’t express it clearly.

Communication is not complete unless the reaction or response of the receiver is obtained by the sender. Therefore, feedback must be encouraged and analyzed.

Developing Active Listening Skills
